Last negotiation session between social partners this Monday on employment and working conditions for older people. Unions and employers will finally get down to business in search of compromise, with a view to reaching an agreement.
If they fail, or if the text does not gather a majority of signatures, the State will take control. Everyone is preparing for numerous battles for this last session which promises to be long and difficult, as the employers' project has been reworked at the margins and which serves as a compass for this negotiation.
