The emotion is great among the cooks, whose aura is amplified at the mere mention of this distinction awarded by “Michelin”.
Will the same soon be true for hotel owners? On April 8 – this is a first – the famous red guide will hand over its “keys”, the equivalent of its stars, to establishments placing “the art of hosting at the highest level and forging absolutely unique experiences” .
