The first was an employee for six years at Orange Business Services.
The second worked for a well-known cleaning network for individuals, after experiences in education and the social sector.
Coline Fourdrain, the Parisian, joined her friend Marie Marotta in Occitanie two years ago.
The two young women, 29 and 30 years old, decided to create their business together, drawing on their knowledge of the territory and the home service customers of Montpellier.
They immediately ruled out help for the elderly and childcare - "it's too big a human responsibility" - to refocus solely on cleaning services.
Two main motivations pushed thirty-somethings towards franchising: the desire for independence and the need to be supported.
“Running your business is a life project to free up time to enjoy your personal life, to have flexibility,” explains Coline, who as a former employee, was looking for a “safety net”.
