Third club in a year for Amandine Henry. The French international, who left Lyon for Angel City (United States) last summer, then loaned to Lille for two months this winter, will now join the Utah Royals, also a member of the American women's football championship.
At 34, the midfielder offers herself a new challenge and a sixth team in her career. Amandine Henry signed until 2025 with the Utah franchise with an option to extend in 2026. The Frenchwoman, finalist in the Nations League with the Blues last February, was transferred for $75,000, a little more than 70,000 euros.

“We very much appreciated Amandine’s interest and willingness to return to the United States and to this league. Although she spent a short time at Angel City, her impact was felt on and off the field,” thanked Angela Hucles Mangano, general manager of Angel City in a press release.
After joining the franchise in June 2023, she had only played 9 matches and 581 minutes in her new colors. Her time at Lille where she was only able to play two matches before receiving a three-match suspension did not leave much more of a mark.
