An argument that turned into a tragedy? According to information from Courrier Picard and confirmed by the Compiègne public prosecutor's office, a 47-year-old man died this Friday, early in the afternoon, following an altercation between several individuals. Still according to our colleagues, the victim was thus pushed violently down the stairs of a building located on rue du Général-de-Gaulle, in the town center of the commune of Noyon.
A fall which proved fatal: despite the arrival of help, the forty-year-old could not be revived. He died on the spot. Very quickly, two people were arrested by the police. The suspects, both adults, were placed in “custody” for “fatal assaults” in order to be questioned, specifies the Compiègne prosecutor, Guillaume Dupont.
