Stellantis announced an investment of $100 million for the acquisition in Argentina of 49.5% of 360Energy Solar SA, a renewables company with extensive experience in the development, construction and operation of photovoltaic solar parks. This was stated in a press release which specifies that with this investment the automotive sector holding is taking "an important step towards the goal of energy autonomy" and the achievement of carbon neutrality by 2038, one of the pillars of the global strategic plan 'Dare Forward 2030'. “Our goal of offering clean, safe and convenient mobility challenges us to rethink every part of our operations and the infrastructure that supports us,” emphasized Emanuele Cappellano, president of Stellantis for South America. "We have found a common vision and a medium and long-term strategy that excites us and generates great expectations.
