When three weeks had passed since the crime of Bruno Bussanich, the beach attendant at a service station murdered by a hitman who
shocked Rosario
, the Santa Fe police managed to arrest the alleged perpetrator of the shooting, a
15-year-old boy who, for his age, is unimpeachable.
The teenager's capture came during an operation on Thursday night in the so-called
"Zone Zero"
of the City, based on a series of indications that the authorities received after offering
a reward of $10 million pesos.
The clues that brought down the teenage hitman were several. The first,
the images taken by a security camera
, which captured his face at the time of shooting in the little room of the service station, despite wearing a hood.
The teenager had tried to mislead the investigation by
dyeing his hair
. However, there were
two testimonies that complicated it
. As reported by
TN
, one of them is in person, and collaborated to locate the shooter at the scene. The second, a witness who
heard how the young man boasted about having murdered the beachgoer.
With this data, prosecutors Adrián Spelta and Patricio Saldutti - in charge of the investigation - had managed to determine the identity of the shooter two days before the procedure.
After several negative operations, prosecutors
They led a raid that was successful in nabbing the accused for the crime. The teenager was placed at the disposal of Juvenile Justice.
For this almost 20-day search, the Public Prosecutor's Office (MPA) had carried out a dissemination campaign on a capture of the image of the hitman at the time of committing the crime so that whoever could recognize him could provide some positive information.
During the investigation of the incident,
three people had been detained
, but were released when no evidence was found that they could have participated in the homicide.

Bussanich, 25 years old
, was murdered on the night of March 9 while carrying out his activities at the service station located at 7600 Mendoza Street.
The victim was surprised by a subject who, with his face covered and from the door of his office, shot him without saying a word, causing his death.
This crime shocked society
and was added to the homicides committed during that week of the
two taxi drivers and a bus driver
.
As could be reconstructed from the security cameras, the murderer fled with an accomplice in a vehicle after committing the crime.
The moment in which Bruno Bussanich (25) is executed by a hitman at a service station in Rosario.
As a result of this escalation of drug violence, the Minister of National Security, Patricia Bullrich, sent federal forces to Rosario to combat drug trafficking and restore tranquility to a city that has not yet achieved it.
Shock and political reaction
In the midst of the fight against drug traffickers, Bullrich had requested the
landing of the Armed Forces
in the city to combat terrorism, something that Vice President Victoria Villarruel publicly opposed. The law must pass through Congress for the military to intervene in some internal security issues.
The beacher's crime was repudiated at the time by President Javier Milei and he warned that the security forces were not going to stop their action "until there is justice" for the beacher. "It's them or us,"
the president
had remarked .
In turn, he sent his condolences to Jimena, the victim's wife, and his little son, as well as to the relatives of the other citizens murdered by hitmen. "I know that there are no words to lessen so much pain, but know that
this government is not going to stop until there is justice,"
said the President.
On Thursday night, Bullrich tweeted about the arrest, with an announcement message. "The
Imputability Law
is now entering the National Congress
, so that crimes like these never go unpunished again," in reference to juvenile delinquents.

To that message, Milei also reacted: "He who makes them, pays for them." And presidential spokesperson Manuel Adorni joined in, who bluntly commented:
"Adult crime, adult punishment."
