In the words of the teachers, the same element recurs: the difficulties encountered by those who wish to leave the Créteil academy (on which the departmental services of Val-de-Marne, Seine-et-Marne and Seine-Saint depend -Denis) for another academy. “In the first degree, for example, it is quite simple to enter, but very complicated to exit, so you have to think carefully,” recalls Cyrille Micheletta, from Snuipp-FSU 94. “If colleagues pass the competitive exam in the Créteil academy, they will be stuck for a very, very long time,” says Julie Alix, her colleague from FSU 77.
For a few more months teaching in a college in Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis) classified REP +, Matthieu Lépine took several years before earning his ticket to the Rennes academy and this Brittany that he had left twelve years ago, after his internship year. “I was sent to Montreuil, it wasn’t my choice,” he rewinds.
