The members of the families of the kidnapped soldiers will meet today (Thursday) with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at his official residence in Jerusalem at noon. At the meeting, they intend to demand a clear answer from him on how he plans to return their children from Hamas captivity.

This is the first time that Netanyahu has met with representatives of these families, after he responded positively to their request. Before the planned meeting at noon, the representatives of the families made a statement outside the Tel Hashomer base.

Anat, the mother of the kidnapped soldier Matan Angrest, said in a statement: "These are young people who just yesterday closed their pencils and celebrated with their friends at the school graduation ball. Children who still live at home with their younger brothers, who pass by the empty room. Why does the state agree to put their heroic brothers at the end ?"
