The clerk glanced briefly toward her usual seat, occupied by a colleague, then took her place at the microphone as a defendant. Ludivine F. appeared this Thursday, March 28 before the 10th criminal chamber of the Créteil judicial court (Val de Marne) for an unusual offense: the revelation of information to a friend on an organized crime investigation, i.e. a violation of the secrecy of the 'instruction.
The facts, committed in January 2024, implicated this young clerk of the Évry-Courcouronnes court (Essonne). Investigators discovered that she had revealed to a friend and her boyfriend that they had been wiretapped in a drug case. The president sentenced the young woman at the beginning of the evening, by contradictory judgment, to an 18-month ban on practicing her job as a clerk, but did not impose a prison sentence.
