Easter and Easter Monday in the name of art and culture. The Ministry of Culture communicates that during the Easter holidays, museums, galleries, areas and state archaeological parks will remain open to allow all visitors to enjoy Italy's artistic, museum, landscape and cultural beauties.
"The era in which Italian citizens and tourists found museums closed on Easter and Easter Monday is over. This year, as in 2023, the Ministry of Culture is making every effort to ensure the opening of the State's cultural sites also during the Easter holidays. Our museums like the archaeological parks are central places in the identity geography of Italy and culture is one of the factors that clearly integrates the quality of life of citizens.
In addition to being an attraction for the many tourists who have decided to spend the Easter holidays with us. For this reason I invite everyone to take this opportunity by visiting the enormous deposit of art represented by the nation's cultural heritage", declares the minister Gennaro Sangiuliano.
