The young Erdinger participation association for Leisure and Family (FuF) offers many activities for adults and children.
Erding – The Leisure and Family Participatory Association (FuF) was founded in Erding two years ago. It is now an important meeting point for more than 100 adults and just as many children. The board of directors was confirmed in office at the general meeting.
FuF emerged from the father-child camping initiative founded in 2015 and has since developed into a strong community, writes second chairman Tobias Metsch in a press release. Active members and guests came in large numbers to the meeting in the restaurant at the swimming bar.
There, secretary Alexander Weiler looked back on the year 2023. It became clear how much commitment was invested by and for families in Erding. The activities – 22 in number – ranged from camping and cycling tours to ski weekends and game afternoons. FuF also took part in the Ramadama in Erding and was the second strongest group in the Wasserwacht's New Year's swim.
The meeting also discussed the establishment of a youth organization and discussed necessary changes to the statutes. Anyone who would like to get to know FuF in person is invited to the regulars' table, which always takes place on the second Wednesday of the month in the Emplkeller in Erding.
The new elections brought no surprises, the incumbent board with Gabriel Elmer at the helm was re-elected: Chairman: Gabriel Elmer 2nd Chairman: Tobias Metsch Secretary: Alexander Weiler Treasurer: Lars Lotzenburger. red
