The “Lech Line” restaurant in Landsberg has received one star from the Michelin Guide. This was awarded at the Chamber of Commerce in Hamburg.
Landsberg – A Michelin star means in words: “a kitchen full of finesse”. Lech Line managing director Vincent Staudacher and his team including chef Christian Sauer can pin this flowery label - the Michelin star is in the shape of a flower - on their lapels.
“Lech-Line” in Landsberg awarded one star by Guide Michelin – ceviche with fish from the neighbor
It has already been shown that the Lech-Line in Landsberg is something special. The fact that many guests speak enthusiastically about the innovative and yet never artificial cuisine after a visit has not gone unnoticed by the gourmet magazine “Der Feinschmecker” – which in February quickly included the restaurant in the Landsberg train station building in its list of the 500 best restaurants in Germany .
The detailed comment from the restaurant guide “Guide Michelin”, which describes the cuisine in the Lech-Line with the words “modern” and “international”, is as follows: “In the evening in the former train station building it is called 'fine dining' in an attractive, trendy style. casual atmosphere. Christian Sauer offers modern international cuisine here. He cooks without showmanship, very accurately and never playful. Great products create harmonious, aromatic dishes that are complex but still come across as light. Under the name 'Gourmet Bistro' there are à la carte dishes such as 'Ceviche 'Fish by Birnbaum', lime, avocado, chili, cucumber, coriander', plus a monthly changing five-course menu on Fridays and Saturdays. Tip: cocktails at the bar.” The star was awarded at the Chamber of Commerce in Hamburg.
Vincent Staudacher is also hosting at another 'tasteful' place in Landsberg: the gold-plated bar of the "Gaia", a "Café Bistro Bar", lights up guests in the Salzgasse at Flößerplatz.
The restaurant “Aubergine” in Starnberg also has a Michelin star.
