An investigation was opened after a murder which took place in Sainte-Pazanne, a town in Loire-Atlantique with 7,200 inhabitants not accustomed to this type of tragedy. Tuesday morning, a resident passed by her neighbor's house, located near the station. There, unusual traces of blood led her to call emergency services. When they arrived, firefighters and police discovered the body of a 35-year-old man.
“This is a fairly violent murder,”

. An autopsy took place Wednesday on the victim who lived at the crime scene.

,” the Nantes public prosecutor, Renaud Gaudeul, communicated to

on Wednesday . Investigations aimed at identifying the perpetrators are continuing. Around twenty investigators are mobilized to shed light on this intentional homicide, mainly from the Pornic gendarmerie research brigade, as well as the Nantes research section.
