Hearty Parmesan meatballs in tomato sauce: You need these ingredients
800g mixed minced meat
200g mini mozzarella
1 softened slice of toast bread
100g Parmesan
1 bunch of parsley
1 egg
2 kg of pureed tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sweet paprika
a bit of salt
some pepper
500g spaghetti
Hearty Parmesan meatballs in tomato sauce: It's that easy to prepare
To make the sauce, first bring the pureed tomatoes to the boil over low heat. Then add three pressed garlic cloves, half a bunch of chopped parsley and two tablespoons each of sugar and sweet paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
Now it's the turn of the meatballs. To do this, mix the minced meat with an egg, the softened toast, Parmesan, salt, pepper and the remaining parsley.
For the unique cheese taste, take some minced meat, place a mini mozzarella on top and form a ball around it.
Now add the meatballs to the sauce and let them boil for about half an hour.
While the meatballs are simmering in the sauce, put water on and add spaghetti as soon as it boils. They should be ready after seven minutes.
Place the spaghetti on a plate and stir in the sauce with the meatballs. For a particularly savory taste, you can add parmesan cheese. Bon appetit!
