The Video Alert Pack constitutes the basic offer of SFR's Secure Home. When you subscribe, you receive at home a security center equipped with a SIM card, a WiFi camera, a motion detector and two opening detectors. The installation of the various devices must be carried out by you using the advice provided with the pack.
This monitoring solution allows you to constantly keep an eye on your home using the Secure Home mobile application, available on iOS and Android devices. If motion is detected, the app immediately sends you a notification. You can also set up alerts by SMS, email or telephone, and associate emergency contacts to increase the number of ways to be informed.
The WiFi camera allows videos related to anomalies to be saved in the cloud for 30 days, and you can view them from your smartphone. Furthermore, in the event of an Internet outage or power outage at home, service is maintained thanks to the battery and the 4G SIM card which are integrated into the security center.
