A 32-year-old man admitted to having slit the throat of a neighbor whom he blamed for noise pollution. The events took place during the night from Wednesday to Thursday in Mandeure, in Doubs.
“Not only does he admit to having killed himself, but he seems practically relieved to have killed his neighbor,” says prosecutor Paul-Édouard Lallois. The Montbéliard public prosecutor's office will open a judicial investigation into the charge of assassination, retaining premeditation.
