Bernard Denis, 68, deputy mayor of the small town of Saint-Côme-du-Mont (Manche), said he had suffered in 2022. He ended up admitting all his fabrications and his trial was held this Wednesday in Coutance.

He was sentenced this Wednesday to four months in prison, suspended for denunciation of criminal acts. He had, for example, written and sent the anonymous letters which threatened him with death. It was also he who was the author of the tags on his own house reproaching him for his commitment to President Macron.
