"Russia does not give up on radiation blackmail and, in particular, continues to play brutally with the security of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant," Zelensky told EU leaders. "We do not exclude that the infrastructures of other nuclear power plants and distribution networks are also threatened by Russian terror," he added.

"This can only be stopped by air defense, from specific systems like Patriot, IRIS-T, SAMP-T, and NASAMS. They are needed in Ukraine right now to prevent Putin from relying on terrorist methods." The EU is working with the U.S. and other countries to develop a joint anti-terror strategy in the region. The European Commission is working on a joint strategy with the United States and other nations to counter the threat of Russian terror.
