The attorney's office submitted to the High Court a supplementary notice in which the state's efforts to increase the humanitarian aid entering Gaza were described. Since the beginning of the war, 22,763 trucks have entered the Strip, of which 14,349 contain food, 1,496 contain water, 3,475 contain equipment for shelters, and 1,634 contain mixed equipment.

The state updated the court on the number of steps being taken to increase humanitarian aid, including the opening of the Ashdod port to bring goods into Gaza and the extension of operating hours at the Kerem Shalom and Nitsana crossings. "The announcement is full of decisions about future actions and plans that have no timetables, no budget has yet been found for them, and are intended to cast sand in the eyes of the court," the petitioners said. "Israel is trying to hide the fact that it has actually acted, it continues to evade its responsibility for the situation and its duty to allow the distribution of aid to citizens throughout Gaza," they said.
