A consultation is open until June 5 on the transformation of the railway site into a lively and cultural district. The construction of 650 housing units, including 50% free access and 20% social rental, a 1.65 hectare park, an area of 2,000 m2 reserved for shops, public facilities including a health center and the relocation of a small child's home and a PMI center.

At 19 meters high, the largest will house a street art and hip-hop museum called the Aérosol Saint-Denis, supported by the Maquis-Art company and the Hip-Hop Citizens association. The winners of the overall rehabilitation of the 5.5 hectare site are the Eiffage Aménagement and Aire Nouvelle group. The transfer of the land will be effective in 2025, the first residents should arrive in 2028, and the opening of the museum is planned for 2029.
