Brandon Maciel, 21, was shot in the head during an attempted robbery in Moreno, Buenos Aires. He was handing over his belongings, but they shot him at point-blank range.
"It's a liberated zone," family members claimed. Officers from the district's 7th police station and the Departmental Investigation Directorate (DDI) of that area participate in the police investigation, who carried out different procedures to apprehend those responsible for the crime.
