The man had attacked his ex-partner's children, both minors, between 2009 and 2011. Three other abusers were also arrested in different operations.
One of them had been on the run for a decade and was arrested in Constitución for using a SUBE card registered in his name. The other three were arrested in Lugano, Congreso, and in a community kitchen in Barrio 31. The first of those arrested was a 52-year-old man who had been a fugitive for 10 years for aggravated sexual abuse of his then partner. The second of the arrests took place in the vicinity of Barrio 15 in Villa Lugano. The third man was a 31-year-old man who was wanted for the crime of aggravated abuse of his then partner for 10 years. The events had taken place from 2009 to 2011, and the defendant's parents had been raided with negative results at some point. The Buenos Aires force found him in just 9 days, and he was taken into custody in the town of Bernal.
