Two minors aged 16 were indicted on Thursday in Chartres (Eure-et-Loir) for “violence in a meeting with a weapon” and “attempted voluntary homicide” on a 17-year-old high school student. “It’s probably a rivalry between young people from different neighborhoods, but we have to wait for the hearings,” said the prosecutor on Wednesday.
