Fabrice Juan's first project at Cap Ferret was a renovation of a 1970s concrete villa in the Arcachon basin. The new owners entrusted its rehabilitation to Fabrice Juan, who had already put his hand in their Parisian interior.

The villa with an overhang is, in fact, made of concrete, built in the 1970s. The large living room illustrates this approach: to fully enjoy the spectacle of the sea and the pine trees, sit in the welcoming Odyssée armchairs. The joy that led to the project floats in the atmosphere as soon as the door is pushed open. A real technical and aesthetic feat, unfortunately neglected for too long. The renovation of this house is its first step outside the capital. A hell of a challenge in this breathtaking place. The house is now owned by a French couple who live in a luxury villa in the town of Montpellier, on the south coast of the island of Corsica. The renovations are expected to be completed by the end of the year.
