A public online list of the energy certificates (Ape), or at least part of it, of properties and the level of consumption of families and businesses. The working group of the table (where the Mef, the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security, the Bank of Italy, the National Commission for Companies, and the Stock Exchange) "will evaluate the opportunity and technical-legal feasibility of allowing the publication of part of the information relating to the Ape, in open data format, on the National Energy Performance Portal of buildings managed by Enea.
Similar assessments will also be carried out regarding the improvement of accessibility to the Sii database, for the benefit of the financial sector and in relation to the energy consumption of companies, in order to obtain useful information for the monitoring of climate risks and for fulfilling supervisory information obligations. To this end, the necessary in-depth analyses will also be carried out, also through the involvement of the guarantor for the protection of personal data for the profiles of compatibility with the existing regulation.
