Russian authorities on Wednesday increased the official death toll from the terrorist attack on a Moscow concert hall to 143. A Telegram channel close to Russian law enforcement, reported that up to 95 people were missing and were not on the list of dead or injured.

Four armed men entered the Krokus City Hall on the outskirts of Moscow with automatic weapons, shot numerous concert-goers and then set the building on fire. The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack, but senior Russian security officials claimed, without citing evidence, that Ukraine, the United States and Britain played a role.
