After heart surgery: At Easter, King Harald of Norway has to break with long-standing tradition. Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit will first celebrate Easter with their children in Bygdø before spending the rest of Easter week at their home in Uvdal, around three hours' drive from Oslo.
The Norwegian royal family normally uses their Prinsehytta mountain hut in Sikkilsdalen over Easter, but this tradition is now being broken in order not to expose Harald to unnecessary danger.
