A family in Lower Austria has now experienced this; they are making numerous complaints against a 5-star hotel. One of his children is said to have even cut his foot on a broken pool tile.

The family had shelled out 4,370 euros for ten days in the hotel. In Egypt, the tour operator donated a fruit basket and a wristband to another hotel as compensation. Back home, Robert immediately complained in writing, and the organizer offered a “succinct amount of money”. Not enough for the family. At least the food doesn't seem to have been a problem; an influencer in Egypt had different experiences. The hotel has not commented on the family's complaint, but we have asked them to contact us for comment. We are happy to provide any further information on the hotel or any of the issues raised in this article.
