Pinterest launched a ten-episode culinary series in the United States at the end of February. The series called Deliciously Entertaining draws on the latest trends from the social network to develop recipes.

Each episode allows viewers to purchase the ingredients and products on screen. A QR Code is displayed and links to a Pinterest board, where the different products from the day's show, recipes, tutorials, etc. are pinned. This initiative illustrates the transformation of the socialnetwork born in 2010 towards shopping.. Pinterest no longer wants to be just the platform that serves as inspiration to its fans for their decoration or travel projects.
