The seven-month-old dog throws the ball at a carer's feet. The video went viral on TikTok and the dog found a new home soon after. The community's finger-crossing actually made a difference and Oakley found a home with a garden and other dogs to play with. She was adopted by a family in Port Washington, New York-based animal rescue organization North Shore Animal League America in a video shared by TikToker Karla on her channel @karlas_622. It is not clear if Oakley has a new owner yet, but the video has been viewed more than 100,000 times on Tik Tok since it was posted on November 1. The dog lady steals her way straight into the hearts of viewers in the video. “This is literally my dog’s twin. I adopted her because she behaves the same way,” one user wrote.
